One of my favorite recipes, my Easy Homemade Heath Bar Fudge Recipe, combines a simple recipe from my childhood with one of the most popular candy bars. The result is silky smooth, rich, and creamy with some delicious crunchiness that is hard to stop at just 2 pieces!

Updated Traditional Fudge Recipe

Chocolate is easily one of my favorite ingredients; to use in the kitchen and to satisfy my gnarly sweet tooth! I use it (and devour it) in almost anything from drinks to desserts. The idea for this easy fudge recipe was inspired by boredom with your traditional chocolate fudge recipe.

Heath Bar, My Favorite Cand Bar

When my daughter Caitlin and I were at the grocery store, we saw one of my favorite candy bars and it brought back so many childhood memories! My sister and I would each get a Heath bar, made with yummy toffee, almonds, and milk chocolate from my Gram. We would sit on the abandoned railroad tracks near her house and savor each and every bite!
